TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions for Custom order suits / pre-made suits

ALL SUITS are unique creations and are pre-made. I do custom-made to order suits.

ORDERS: IT WILL TAKE ME 2 DAYS TO MAKE THE SUIT AND THE NEXT DAY WE WILL SHIP IT OUT.

RUSH ORDERS: Are available upon request and will be considered depending on current workload. The suit will ship within 2 days from your order date - extra charges will be applied to rush orders.

MEASUREMENTS: CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCURATE MEASUREMENTS AND BRA SIZES AND AGREE NOT TO HOLD CARIES POSING SUITS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INACCURACIES FOR CUSTOM ORDERS.

EXTRA CHARGES: Molded cups, padding, embellished straps and for embellishments on suits with a D or DD cup size.

SHIPPING: I will ship your suit on the 3RD DAY AFTER YOU ORDER IT, unless it is a RUSH ORDER, in which case it WILL GO FEDEX and SHIPPED OVER NIGHT.

ORDER SCHEDULES: $150.00 deposit required ON ALL CUSTOM ORDERS. No delivery commitments will be made prior to receipt of these funds. We will contact you before starting work on your suit for updated measurements.

Final payment is required before your order is ready to be shipped.

CUSTOM WORK PRICING: Each suit is a unique creation designed to enhance and showcase your body type. Prices are based on fabric, style, crystal (size and colors) and applique selected. Your ideas and suggestions are encouraged early in the design process.

ALTERATIONS: After you receive your suit, if it needs alterations DUE TO inaccurate measurements THERE WILL BE A CHARGE. Please contact us via e-mail (ctrevina@aol.com) with pictures of you wearing the suit front and back with comments about what alterations are required. Alteration of a suit to correct for inaccurate measurements: There will be a charge for alterations and shipping. Fees and shipping also apply to alterations DUE TO weight fluctuations. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Your name on the ORDER FORM indicates that you accept all the Term and Conditions for Custom Work.

RETURN POLICY: There are no returns and refunds, on custom made to order or premade suits you buy.

NOTE: Unauthorized returns will be refused and shipped back to sender. Caries Posing Suits will not be responsible of any lost, damaged or late delivery of suits shipped. Suits cannot be replaced or reimbursed. All the sales are final on premade suits and also on all suits that are custom made so we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.

Measuring correctly insures a proper fit; I want to ensure you look your best on stage and as a competitor myself I know when my suit fits and looks awesome I am going to have the confidence to Rock It!!

When you're training for a show, measure your body completely twice so we only have to cut once!
